Alek Siliunas serves as external in-house counsel for early-stage technology and emerging growth companies. From entity formation through growth, he works closely with founders and entrepreneurs to build, protect, and leverage their IP and their brand. His technical background spans semiconductor and microchip technology, wearable devices, data storage, and 5G, giving him a deep understanding of the innovations his clients are building. His legal experience covers both hard and soft IP, including patent prosecution, IP strategy, licensing, technology transactions, trademarks, and trade secrets. Alek also counsels clients on regulatory and employment matters, with particular experience advising CPG companies navigating complex federal and state regulatory frameworks.
