Biography
Alek Siliunas focuses his practice on intellectual property, technology, and regulatory matters for early-stage companies. From entity formation through growth, he works closely with entrepreneurs to build, protect, and leverage their most valuable assets — their IP and their brand.
His experience spans both hard and soft IP, including patent prosecution, IP strategy, licensing, technology transactions, trademarks, and franchising — covering the full range from patents and trade secrets to brand names, logos, and creative works.
Alek also counsels clients on regulatory matters, with particular experience advising health and wellness companies, including dietary supplement companies navigating complex federal and state regulatory frameworks.
Education
Alek received his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with honors, and a B.S. in Biology.
