On December 28th while in Vilnius, Lithuania, Al Domanskis, along with Arturas Zilys and Dainius Petronis, accepted the Global Lithuania Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of the Lithuanian World Center.
In 1987, Al Domanskis prepared the contract for the purchase of the property in Lemont, Illinois that became the Lithuanian World Center. He was the first president, later served as board chair, and continues as their attorney to the present day.
