Vidas Rudokas is an extern at Boodell & Domanskis, LLC and an LL.M. candidate at Chicago-Kent College of Law (Illinois Institute of Technology).
Vidas is a licensed attorney in Lithuania with more than 20 years of experience advising on real estate and construction law matters.
Prior to joining Boodell & Domanskis, LLC in 2026, he practiced with several local and international law firms in Lithuania, progressing from associate to partner.
From 2017 to 2025, Vidas founded and successfully managed his own boutique law firm, where he advised clients on all aspects of real estate development projects, including greenfield land acquisition, project development, and the sale and leasing of completed projects.
Vidas has advised clients on the largest real estate, energy, and infrastructure projects in Lithuania, including nuclear power facility, LNG terminal, major logistics projects, office campuses, shopping mall developments, and complex real estate transactions.
He had been recognized as a leading legal professional in the Lithuanian real estate sector.
