Biography
Luis Fiallos is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on real estate transactions, business acquisitions and sales, ownership transfers, business formation, and estate planning. He brings a multidisciplinary background in finance, cybersecurity, and international transactions to his work, allowing him to approach client matters with both legal precision and commercial insight. Born in Nicaragua and raised in Miami, Florida, Luis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University. His foundation in finance continues to inform his practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex business transactions. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. During law school, he developed a strong interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, and corporate law. As a student attorney in the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic, he advised startup companies on business formation, capitalization strategies, and intellectual property protection. In his final year, he served as a clinician in the International Transactions Clinic, where he worked on cross-border transactions and assisted founders and investors with financing transactions in emerging economies, with a particular focus on Eastern Africa. In his first year of practice, Luis handled cybersecurity and data privacy litigation matters, frequently working on issues arising at the data breach stage, including complex subrogation matters. This experience provided him with valuable insight into risk management and regulatory exposure—perspective he now leverages in structuring and negotiating transactional matters. Today, Luis focuses his practice on guiding clients through sophisticated real estate and business transactions, helping entrepreneurs, investors, and families protect their assets and achieve their long-term goals through strategic planning and thoughtful execution.
