The Seventh Circuit affirmed a district court opinion certifying a class of consumers that is represented by, among others, Boodell & Domanskis, LLC. The class is pursuing claims arising out of the purchase of Instaflex, a nutritional supplement marketed as relieving joint discomfort. In its ruling in Mullins v. Direct Digital, the Seventh Circuit rejected heightened class certification requirements imposed by other courts.
Stewart Weltman argued the case before the Seventh Circuit and was assisted by B&D’s Max Stein and co-counsel from Bonnett, Fairbourn Friendman & Balint, P.C. on the briefing.
