Al Domanskis, the Managing Member of Boodell & Domanskis, LLC, along with Lamar Butler of Midwest Legacy Group, recently led a presentation at Parkside Center on the Advocate Lutheran General Hospital campus which focused on estate and financial planning for families of individuals with special needs. They shared information on Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other Estate Planning topics. Here they focused on future preparations for loved ones with Down syndrome, but both Al and Lamar have experience assisting families of individuals with various developmental and intellectual disabilities prepare for their long-term financial needs and transition of care by helping families make informed and carefully planned estate decisions.
