This year B&D had the privilege of being invited to join LEGUS (leguslaw.com), an international network of high quality law firms located around the world.  Andrew Abrams, Audra Karalius and Al Domanskis participated in the LEGUS annual meeting in June in Chicago, and recently Al Domanskis participated in the LEGUS Fall meeting in Albuquerque.  We have found LEGUS to be a great network for providing additional services to our clients who in this ever-smaller world have legal issues come up internationally.  Similarly, B&D has been able to help other LEGUS members with their clients’ legal needs in the metropolitan Chicago area.  The network’s conference programs as well as webinars throughout the year have been helpful in focusing us on how to best serve our clients.  We look forward to participating in next year’s annual meeting in Copenhagen and in better serving our clients worldwide in the upcoming year.
