Allen Electric Supply Co., of Livonia, Michigan, announced today its sale to Bob Christian of Chicago, Illinois. Allen Electric will continue to be based in Livonia, and all of its employees will be retained.
Pamela M. Belyn, a partner at Boodell & Domanskis, LLC, a Chicago law firm providing M&A and outsourced general counsel services to lower middle market companies, represented Bob Christian in the transaction. Sterling Commercial Credit provided financial support in this strategic acquisition.
