Pamela Mitchell Belyn joined Boodell & Domanskis, LLC as of Counsel in June of 2013.  She came to the firm from Much Shelist after a brief period at a small creditor’s rights firm.  She also has in depth experience counseling to entrepreneurs and privately held companies in obtaining certification as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise or Minority Owned Business Enterprise.

Ms. Belyn has spent the past 15 years focusing primarily on middle market clients and all aspects of legal operations, including but not limited to, corporate transactions, corporate governance employment law, litigation, contract administration, real estate and risk management.

She is an Advisory Board Member and former PR Committee Co-Chair of The Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law Firms.  She also is a Board Member and Rules Committee Member of The Exclusive Professional Women’s Networking Group as well as a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
