B&D Client Prevails in Seventh Circuit Decision

Boodell & Domanskis, LLC recently represented Phoenix Bond & Indemnity Co. in a lawsuit involving RICO claims, tax liens, and a dispute over attorney’s fees that went to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The Seventh Circuit’s most recent opinion (its third in this case) affirmed a jury verdict in our client’s favor while also upholding the trial court’s fee award. The decision is the latest victory for Phoenix Bond & Indemnity Co. and its co-plaintiff BCS Services, Inc. in a litigation that they began in 2005.
