The Next Generation of Boodell & Domanskis, LLC: Associates at Large
Elisheva B. Cohen, David A. Golanty, and John McDonnell are Boodell & Domanskis, LLC’s three youngest associates, and though they have not been with the firm long, they are each making an impact in their respective areas of law. Here is a quick snapshot of B&D’s next generation of great attorneys:
Elisheva B. Cohen
Elisheva started working for B&D in the summer of 2012, helping out in complex litigation and electronic discovery. A cum laude from Barnard College and 2011 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Elisheva has passed the State Bars of New York, New Jersey and Illinois. At B&D she has provided tremendous assistance to the litigation team, drafting motions, subpoenas, and detailed research memoranda, while also using her sophisticated reasoning skills to help on estate planning and guardianship matters as well.
David A. Golanty
David joined B&D in the autumn of last year to lead an electronic discovery team in complex litigation. Since then, David has continued to prove his worth at the firm, handling creditor/debtor and forcible detainer and entry cases, representing corporations and individuals alike in the courtroom. With a background in labor and employment law, these experiences have allowed him to continue developing a well-rounded litigation practice.
John McDonnell
After eight years of professional business experience and an all-star academic career at Northwestern University School of Law-including Note and Comment Editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property-John joined B&D’s team in October 2012. He hit the ground running, going straight to work drafting everything from lease agreements to corporate resolutions and assisting in real estate closings. Some of John’s B&D highlights include a contract review for the nuclear power industry and the creation of organizational documents, agreements, and applications for a 501(c)(3) organization.
Boodell & Domanskis, LLC is proud to keep its outstanding legal tradition alive with these up and coming associates.
