For more than a decade, Max has employed a straight forward and efficient approach to assist clients in resolving issues in commercial litigation cases. His credentials are lengthy, having represented a variety of clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in litigations throughout the country, and include a multi-million dollar jury verdict and fee award following a month-long federal trial. Max is also active with a number of community organizations, and currently serves as Board Chair for Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Inc.
