Boodell & Domanskis, LLC is pleased to announce that Roselyn L. Friedman has joined the firm’s Estate Planning & Probate and Mediation practice areas as Of Counsel.

Ms. Friedman’s depth of experience, substantive knowledge, and mediation skills are an asset to the firm and our clients.  We are excited that she chose to continue her career with B&D,” said Alexander R. Domanskis, Managing Member, Boodell & Domanskis, LLC.

Roselyn has been selected by judges and parties to mediate cases from the Probate and Chancery Divisions of the Circuit Cook of Cook County, Illinois and the Circuit Court of DuPage County, Illinois, and is an approved probate mediator in the Circuit Court of Lake County.  Because she understands the broad array of issues which can arise in these types of disputes, Roselyn is skilled at dealing not only with the legal and tax considerations, but also with the parties’ emotional concerns which can otherwise cause impasse to settlement.
